Nia Playshop and class

The last Nia JAM was July 31, 2010!! (click here to see a video) 

Terre Pruitt is offering a Nia Playshop.  Come play.

We are going to be playing with some of the 52 Moves of Nia.  

Do you have one you would like to explore?  Ready to take your bow stance to the next level? 
Want to put some sparkle in that shimmy?  


Come to the playshop from 2:15pm to 3:30pm and be ready to have fun and play.

After the playshop we are going to do a Nia class.  You can put what you learned to
use by moving in the fun, workout-at-your-own-level class that is a Nia class.

Nia Class from 3:45pm to 4:45pm, $15.00


If you want to attend both and save $10.00 send in your check by Sunday, September 19th* . 
Make check payable to Help You Well, in the amount of $25.00 for BOTH
the playshop and the workout afterwards. 

If you purchase both at the door its $32.00.   

The playshop alone is $20.00.  The workshop alone is $15.00.

 The Last Nia Jam (July 31, 2010). It was from 1:30 pm -3:30 pm

Nancy J. Hoebelheinrich teaches at Stanford and she organized the jam held at the
Rains Housing Complex on the Stanford Campus.
